Sharemeister.ai helps organizations take ownership of their digital world by providing AI-enabled software utilities, digital infrastructure, development support, workflow automation, community tools, and SaaS services.

Our Services may include:

  • AI audit and gap analysis;
  • software utility services;
  • website, platform, and application development;
  • dashboards, workflows, and automations;
  • digital community, content, communication, and commerce tools;
  • AI-assisted recommendations, summaries, and outputs;
  • technical consulting, integrations, deployment, and support;
  • third-party software and AI provider integrations.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in several ways, including information you provide directly, information collected automatically, information generated through use of the Services, and information received from third parties.

A. Information You Provide to Us

4. How We Use AI-Related Information

If you use AI-enabled Services, we may use Inputs, Outputs, usage data, and related Materials to:

  • generate responses or recommendations;
  • perform AI audits or analysis;
  • automate workflows;
  • summarize, classify, or transform information;
  • assist with code, documents, business systems, or software planning;
  • troubleshoot and improve Service performance;
  • monitor abuse, fraud, security, or policy violations;

  • improve our Services, where permitted by law and agreement.

Sharemeister may use third-party AI providers or model providers to deliver certain AI features. When those providers process information, their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you should not submit highly sensitive personal data, regulated health information, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, children's data, or other restricted data into AI tools.

If we offer specific business, enterprise, or private deployment options, those offerings may include additional data handling terms.

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling your data for money.

A. Service Providers

If you participate in a campaign, digital community, client project, marketplace, network, or other experience powered by Sharemeister, information may be shared with the relevant client, campaign owner, project owner, distributor, beneficiary, or business partner when you opt in, interact with that experience, or otherwise authorize the sharing.

D. Third-Party Integrations

If you connect the Services to third-party tools, platforms, APIs, apps, or integrations, we may share information with those third parties as necessary to enable the integration.

Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

E. Legal, Safety, and Security

We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process;

6. Your Content and Ownership

As between you and Sharemeister, you retain ownership of the content, files, documents, prompts, data, and materials you submit to the Services.

You grant Sharemeister permission to process Your Content as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the Services, and to comply with law.

If you use Sharemeister to operate a Client Site, you remain responsible for the data, users, content, policies, and legal compliance of that Client Site unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Services;
  • maintain your account;
  • complete transactions;
  • support business operations;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce agreements;
  • maintain security;
  • preserve backups;
  • meet tax, accounting, or reporting obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the Services, legal requirements, and customer agreements.

We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet-based system, cloud platform, AI system, database, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

If Sharemeister processes personal information on behalf of a business customer, that customer may be the controller or business responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing.

In those cases, Sharemeister may act as a service provider, processor, contractor, or similar role under applicable law.

Business customers are responsible for:

  • obtaining required consents;

  • determining whether a Data Processing Agreement is required.

If required, Sharemeister and the business customer may enter into a separate Data Processing Agreement.
