This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy" or "AUP") governs your use of Sharemeister.ai, our website, software, AI tools, SaaS products, development services, APIs, dashboards, integrations, software utilities, directories, plugins, agents, workflows, and related services collectively referred to as the "Services."
This Policy applies to all users, customers, developers, partners, contractors, organizations, end users, and anyone who accesses, submits inputs to, integrates with, or uses the Services.
This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you violate this Policy, or allow others to violate it through your account, application, integration, or Client Site, we may suspend, restrict, throttle, disable, or terminate your access to the Services.
The examples below are not exhaustive. We may update this Policy as our Services, technology, risks, legal obligations, and business operations evolve.
1. General Standard
You may use Sharemeister.ai only for lawful, safe, authorized, and responsible purposes.
Sharemeister.ai may not be used for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or unauthorized activity. This includes misuse involving security violations, spam, privacy violations, child exploitation, misinformation, unlawful surveillance, malware, harassment, financial fraud, or prohibited high-risk AI use. Users are responsible for their accounts, Client Sites, integrations, automations, and end users. Sharemeister may investigate, restrict, suspend, terminate, remove, or report activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy.
You may not use the Services in any way that:
- violates applicable law;
- harms or exploits people;
- compromises privacy, security, or identity rights;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- enables fraud, deception, abuse, or unlawful conduct;
- disrupts systems, networks, or services;
- bypasses safety, access, billing, or usage controls;
- creates unreasonable risk to Sharemeister, our users, customers, partners, service providers, or the public.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for all activity conducted through your users, employees, contractors, agents, Client Sites, applications, integrations, APIs, automations, or software connected to the Services.
2. Illegal, Harmful, Fraudulent, or Offensive Use
You may not use the Services to create, upload, transmit, store, display, distribute, assist, promote, or facilitate content or activity that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, or offensive.
Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- illegal activity of any kind;
- fraud, scams, phishing, pharming, spoofing, impersonation, or deceptive schemes;
- Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, make-money-fast schemes, or predatory financial promotions;
- unlawful gambling or betting activity;
- sale or promotion of illegal goods or services;
- exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children;
- threats, harassment, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse;
- content that is defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or unlawful;
- non-consensual sexual content;
- content involving sexual exploitation or abuse;
- content that promotes self-harm, violence, or serious harm;
- malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, spyware, ransomware, or destructive code.
3. No Security Violations
You may not use the Services to compromise, attack, test, probe, scan, exploit, intercept, or gain unauthorized access to any system, network, account, application, database, device, software, or communications service.
Prohibited security-related activity includes:
- unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or credentials;
- vulnerability scanning without permission;
- penetration testing without written authorization;
- bypassing authentication, authorization, access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
- credential theft, password cracking, key extraction, or token theft;
- session hijacking, cookie theft, or unauthorized monitoring;
- packet sniffing or traffic interception without permission;
- creating, deploying, or facilitating malware;
- exfiltrating, modifying, deleting, or corrupting data without authorization;
- using the Services to evade detection, conceal malicious activity, or assist cyber abuse.
You may use the Services for legitimate security research, compliance review, or authorized testing only when you have clear permission and all activity is lawful.
4. No Network Abuse
You may not use the Services to disrupt, overload, degrade, or interfere with networks, systems, applications, or services.
Prohibited network abuse includes:
- denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks;
- flooding, mail bombing, broadcast attacks, or traffic amplification;
- operating open proxies, open relays, or open recursive DNS servers in an abusive manner;
- crawling, scraping, or monitoring systems in a way that impairs or disrupts them;
- avoiding technical restrictions, quotas, storage limits, usage limits, or billing systems;
- using bots, scripts, or automation to abuse the Services;
- intentionally interfering with the normal operation of Sharemeister or third-party systems.
5. No Spam, Message Abuse, or Unauthorized Marketing
You may not use the Services to send, facilitate, generate, or support spam, unsolicited mass messages, deceptive promotions, or unauthorized marketing.
Prohibited message abuse includes:
- unsolicited bulk email, text messages, direct messages, or social messages;
- commercial advertising without appropriate consent;
- misleading headers, sender identities, domains, or routing information;
- harvesting emails, phone numbers, or contact lists without consent;
- sending messages that violate anti-spam, privacy, telemarketing, or consumer protection laws;
- collecting replies to messages sent through another provider in violation of that provider's rules;
- using Sharemeister to evade platform limits or sender reputation controls.
Marketing and outreach tools must be used lawfully, with proper consent, opt-out mechanisms, and compliance with applicable laws.
6. No Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not use the Services to infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual property or proprietary rights.
Prohibited activity includes:
- uploading or distributing content you do not have rights to use;
- copying, modifying, or distributing protected works without permission;
- misusing trademarks, logos, names, likenesses, or branding;
- removing or altering copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
- using the Services to create counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized derivative works;
- duplicating Sharemeister's software, architecture, UX/UI frameworks, modules, workflows, or service offerings for competitive purposes.
7. Privacy, Identity, and Personal Data
You may not use the Services to violate privacy, identity, or data protection rights.
Prohibited uses include:
- collecting, processing, or sharing personal information without required rights, notice, or consent;
- doxxing or publishing private personal information;
- identity theft or impersonation;
- creating fake identities for fraud or deception;
- unlawfully processing sensitive personal information;
- tracking or surveilling individuals without lawful authority;
- using biometric, location, financial, health, employment, or children's data unlawfully;
- attempting to extract private data from Sharemeister, other users, AI systems, memory, chat history, uploaded files, or connected accounts without authorization.
If you process personal information through the Services, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
8. Child Safety
You may not use the Services in any way that exploits, harms, endangers, sexualizes, manipulates, or targets minors unlawfully.
Prohibited uses include:
- child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors;
- grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or coercion of minors;
- encouraging minors to engage in unsafe, illegal, or harmful activity;
- collecting children's personal information without required parental consent;
- deploying products for minors without appropriate safety measures;
- using AI systems to manipulate or emotionally exploit minors.
If your product, application, community, or Client Site serves minors, you must implement appropriate safeguards, disclosures, parental or guardian controls where required, and comply with all applicable laws.
9. AI-Specific Usage Standards
You may not use Sharemeister's AI-enabled Services to create, assist, automate, or facilitate harmful, deceptive, unlawful, or unsafe activity.
Prohibited AI-related uses include:
- generating instructions for illegal acts;
- generating malware, phishing, scams, or cyber abuse;
- impersonating a real person without disclosure or consent;
- manipulating, deceiving, or exploiting users;
- creating non-consensual sexual or intimate content;
- creating targeted harassment or abuse;
- generating extremist, hateful, or violent content;
- creating fraudulent reviews, fake engagement, or fake endorsements;
- creating misinformation or deceptive content intended to mislead the public;
- concealing that users are interacting with AI when disclosure is required;
- using AI Outputs as final professional advice without appropriate human review where required;
- using AI to make high-impact decisions about people without appropriate safeguards.
AI Outputs must be reviewed, validated, and used responsibly. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
10. High-Risk Use Cases
Certain use cases require additional safeguards because they may significantly affect individuals, consumers, rights, safety, finances, employment, housing, education, health, or legal interests.
High-risk use cases include:
- legal guidance, legal interpretation, or legal decision support;
- healthcare, medical diagnosis, mental health, therapy, patient care, or medical guidance;
- insurance underwriting, claims, eligibility, pricing, or coverage decisions;
- financial advice, credit decisions, loan eligibility, investment recommendations, or financial eligibility;
- employment decisions, hiring, resume screening, promotion, termination, or worker evaluation;
- housing eligibility, leases, tenant screening, mortgage eligibility, or lending decisions;
- academic admissions, standardized testing, scoring, ranking, accreditation, or certification;
- professional journalism or external publication of AI-generated content;
- decisions affecting access to essential services or legal rights.
For high-risk use cases, you must implement appropriate safeguards, including:
Human Review
A qualified human professional must review AI-assisted advice, recommendations, decisions, or outputs before they are used or communicated in a way that materially affects an individual.
Disclosure
If AI is used to generate advice, recommendations, decisions, or consumer-facing outputs, you must clearly disclose that AI was used.
Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, professional standards, and industry rules that apply to your use case.
Sharemeister may restrict, review, or prohibit high-risk uses at its discretion.
11. Consumer-Facing AI and Chatbots
If you use the Services to create, power, or deploy a consumer-facing chatbot, agent, assistant, automation, or interactive AI experience, you must:
- clearly disclose that the user is interacting with AI, where applicable;
- avoid misleading users into believing AI is a human;
- provide appropriate escalation or support options when needed;
- prevent harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful outputs;
- comply with consumer protection, privacy, and industry-specific laws;
- monitor and test the system for safety and accuracy;
- avoid using the system for manipulation, coercion, or exploitation.
12. Agentic Use and Automated Actions
If you use the Services to create agents, automations, workflows, tools, or systems that take actions on behalf of users, you must ensure those systems are safe, authorized, and controlled.
You may not use agents or automations to:
- access systems without permission;
- move, delete, alter, publish, or send information without authorization;
- make purchases or financial transactions without clear user consent;
- bypass platform limits or safety systems;
- take irreversible or high-impact actions without review;
- conceal actions from users;
- perform surveillance or data extraction without lawful authority;
- operate in a way that creates unreasonable risk to people, property, systems, or legal rights.
Automated actions should include appropriate permissions, logs, confirmations, and human oversight based on the risk of the action.
13. Misinformation and Deceptive Content
You may not use the Services to intentionally create, distribute, or amplify deceptive or misleading content likely to cause harm.
Prohibited uses include:
- impersonation or false representation;
- fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake endorsements, or fake engagement;
- deceptive political, civic, or public-interest messaging;
- misinformation about voting, elections, public health, emergencies, or public safety;
- falsified evidence, documents, records, screenshots, images, or communications;
- deepfakes or synthetic media used to deceive, defraud, harass, or harm;
- coordinated inauthentic behavior;
- misleading users about the source, nature, sponsor, or purpose of content.
You may use the Services for satire, fiction, parody, education, research, or commentary where lawful and clearly presented as such.
14. Political, Civic, and Democratic Processes
You may not use the Services to undermine democratic processes or civic participation.
Prohibited uses include:
- misleading people about when, where, or how to vote;
- suppressing, intimidating, or deceiving voters;
- impersonating election officials, candidates, campaigns, or government entities;
- generating targeted political persuasion at scale in violation of law or platform rules;
- creating deceptive campaign materials;
- misrepresenting the source or sponsor of political content;
- interfering with election administration or civic processes.
Any political, civic, or public-policy use must comply with applicable election laws, advertising rules, disclosure obligations, and platform policies.
15. Weapons, Violence, and Physical Harm
You may not use the Services to develop, design, obtain, deploy, or facilitate weapons or serious physical harm.
Prohibited uses include:
- instructions for building or using weapons;
- assistance with explosives, chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear materials;
- operational guidance for violent acts;
- targeted threats or incitement to violence;
- evasion of safety protocols for dangerous materials;
- encouraging self-harm, suicide, or serious physical injury.
16. Hateful, Harassing, or Abusive Conduct
You may not use the Services to promote hate, harassment, abuse, or violence against individuals or groups.
Prohibited uses include:
- hateful or dehumanizing content based on protected characteristics;
- targeted harassment or bullying;
- threats or intimidation;
- abusive sexualized insults;
- encouraging discrimination or exclusion;
- coordinated harassment campaigns;
- content intended to shame, humiliate, or exploit vulnerable people.
17. Financial, Legal, Medical, and Professional Advice
You may not present AI-generated or Sharemeister-assisted outputs as final professional advice without appropriate review by a qualified professional.
If you use the Services in legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance, employment, housing, compliance, cybersecurity, or other regulated contexts, you are responsible for ensuring:
- qualified human review;
- appropriate disclosures;
- compliance with applicable laws;
- professional licensing where required;
- accuracy and suitability of outputs;
- proper documentation and recordkeeping.
Sharemeister is not a law firm, financial adviser, medical provider, insurance provider, broker-dealer, tax adviser, employment agency, or credit reporting agency unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
18. Platform Abuse
You may not abuse, exploit, or interfere with Sharemeister's Services.
Prohibited platform abuse includes:
- scraping, crawling, or harvesting the Services without permission;
- attempting to extract models, prompts, system instructions, code, data, or proprietary information;
- bypassing rate limits, quotas, metering, subscriptions, or billing controls;
- sharing accounts, API keys, tokens, or credentials without authorization;
- reselling or sublicensing access without written permission;
- using the Services to develop competing products or services;
- reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling software;
- submitting excessive, automated, or abusive requests;
- evading suspensions, bans, reviews, or enforcement actions;
- interfering with monitoring, safety systems, or protective measures.
19. Software, Plugins, Tools, Connectors, and Directory Submissions
If you develop, submit, connect, list, or distribute software, plugins, tools, MCP servers, connectors, apps, agents, integrations, containers, datasets, skill folders, or similar software through or in connection with Sharemeister, you must comply with this section.
Software must:
- comply with this Policy and all applicable laws;
- accurately describe its functionality;
- avoid hidden, deceptive, obfuscated, or encoded instructions;
- collect only data necessary to perform its stated function;
- protect user privacy and security;
- avoid extracting unnecessary conversation, account, file, or memory data;
- avoid infringing intellectual property rights;
- avoid bypassing or weakening safety systems;
- provide clear documentation;
- provide support contact information;
- use secure authentication where appropriate;
- handle errors safely and clearly;
- maintain current and reasonably secure dependencies;
- be maintained and updated within reasonable timeframes.
Unless we expressly permit it in writing, software submitted to Sharemeister directories or marketplaces may not:
- transfer money, cryptocurrency, or financial assets;
- execute financial transactions on behalf of users;
- serve primarily as an advertising or promotional vehicle;
- collect excessive data;
- hide material functionality;
- manipulate AI systems into performing unintended actions;
- interfere with other tools or software;
- dynamically pull behavioral instructions from external sources in a deceptive or unsafe way.
We may review, reject, delist, suspend, or require changes to software at our discretion.
20. Client Sites and End Users
If you use Sharemeister Services in connection with your own website, application, platform, community, workflow, or digital experience, you are responsible for that Client Site and its users.
You must ensure that:
- your Client Site complies with this Policy;
- your users do not misuse the Services;
- you provide required privacy notices and terms;
- you obtain required consents;
- you maintain appropriate security measures;
- you respond promptly to abuse reports;
- you suspend or remove users who violate this Policy.
We may suspend or restrict your Client Site's access to the Services if we believe it violates this Policy or creates risk to Sharemeister, users, or third parties.
21. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor, investigate, review, remove, disable, throttle, suspend, or terminate access to content, accounts, integrations, software, Client Sites, or Services that violate this Policy or create risk.
We may:
- investigate suspected violations;
- remove or restrict content;
- disable accounts, API keys, integrations, automations, or software;
- throttle or limit usage;
- block or modify unsafe AI outputs;
- suspend or terminate access;
- report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement, regulators, or other appropriate third parties;
- cooperate with investigations;
- disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, or users.
We are not liable for actions taken in good faith to enforce this Policy.
22. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, please report it promptly.

Please include, if available:
- your name and contact information;
- the account, website, user, project, or integration involved;
- a description of the suspected violation;
- relevant URLs, screenshots, logs, messages, or examples;
- any urgent safety or security concerns.
For urgent security matters, include "Security Issue" in the subject line.
23. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website or otherwise providing notice.
Updated versions become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Policy becomes effective means you agree to the updated Policy.
24. Relationship to Other Terms
This Policy is part of and incorporated into Sharemeister's Terms of Service.
If this Policy conflicts with a specific written agreement signed by Sharemeister, the signed agreement will control only for the specific conflict and only for the Services covered by that agreement.
